  The bed was comfortable. The staff very pleasant and helpful.

  The furnishings and design of the room was beautiful and tasteful and created a restful and comfortable ambiance. The location in central Montreal is first class. The wifi in the room worked very well and when I had trouble logging in at first, I was walked through the procedure easily with a technician by telephone.

  The bathroom was very spacious but a bit dark. It was difficult to find an outlet for plugging in computers and chargers - ended up using the shaver plug in the bathroom.

  A good downtown location near McGill and the museums. The view was nice of Mont-Royal.There was also a free choice of English or French edition newspapers delivered.

  A bit overpriced; equivalent and better hotels could be had cheaper nearby. I didn't feel anything particularly exceptional about the hotel. I also don't know why luxury hotels such as these feel the need to charge so much for Wi-Fi internet access, but it is standard among this class. Be prepared for your card to be charged more than the full amount the day you book.

  This is not a criticism, more of an observation,decor is more traditional, and is maybe getting a little tired, but rooms are spotless and it is a very comfortable place to stay.

  The rooms are a bit dated/tired especially the shower.
